Coverage – Genesis Mall Experience (GME) will provide a courtesy vehicle (loaner) to all owners of Genesis Vehicles (G70, G80, G90, G80 EV, GV60, GV70 & GV80 models / year 2020-23) during a period of one (1) Year and unlimited mileage. GME will pick up the Genesis vehicle at customer home or office and will deliver a vehicle loaner. These loaners will be available to customers upon requiring warranty, and customer pay repair services, other than maintenance. This service is conditioned to a prior service appointment confirmation. Collision repairs are excluded from this program, as it must be covered by customer insurance policy.

Towing service may be utilized to deliver the loaner and picking up the vehicle to be serviced.

Coverage – Genesis Mall Experience (GME) will provide Road Side Assistance (GRSA) service to owners of Genesis Vehicles (models G70, G80, G90, G80 EV, GV60, GV70 & GV80 / 2020-23 model year) at no cost during a period of three (3) Years and unlimited mileage. The services included into the GRSA program are towing service, lockouts, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change. Towing service will be available to customers in the case of warranty related failure, and in the case of an accident or a collision. The vehicle will be transported to the Genesis Mall Center or to Customer’s home as determined by the customer.

Coverage – Genesis Mall Center will provide home maintenance, and light repair services at customer’s designated place (home or office). Maintenance services included in this program are the ones recommended by the manufacturer as stated in the manufacturer owner’s manual. Prior appointment confirmation is required to request this service.

Maintenance and repair services; other than warranty repairs; will be charged to customers in accordance to GME Price structure.

Coverage – Genesis Mall Center (GMC) will provide free transportation service (shutter service) within fifteen (15) miles distance from the GME to customer’s location (home, office). This service will be available to every customer visiting the Genesis Mall Experience for Service or Sales related activity.
